Position Summary

The School of Nursing and Health Sciences at Holy Family University invites applications for an adjunct lecturer, in the Graduate NP Program.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Teaching advanced practice nursing students, supervising students at clinical training facilities, and imparting cognitive and effective, critical thinking and psychomotor skills appropriate for the advanced professional.
  • The applicant may be required to teach courses through alternative delivery methods including course learning management systems as well as other technology.

Qualifications

  • The preferred candidates will hold a Pennsylvania State Certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care) or Adult-Gerontology nurse practitioner (Primary Care) and hold ANCC National Certification as a Family Practitioner (Primary Care) or Adult-Gerontology nurse practitioner (Primary Care).
  • Candidates will have a minimum of 5 years NP practice in the past five years and 1-2 years teaching experience.
